AA Natura House - Bertrand Fritsch - Natura Concept

AA Natura House combines quality of life and ease of use with bioclimatic design, biodiversity and food governance. Integrated into a process of sustainable development, its design utilises the most efficient construction techniques.

Its design incorporates the bioclimatic principle: capturing solar energy in wintertime and providing protection from it during the hot season. Furthermore, the optimised supply of natural light provides for ideal visual comfort.

The architect chosen for the design of this building is Bertrand Fritsch from Natura Concept.

“AA Natura House” is a wooden structure based on an industrialised manufacturing process, so it takes only half as much time to build as a traditional house.

Using an innovative concept of a modular single-family house or multi-family residential building, it boasts a very high environmental performance in terms of energy and materials, at a very attractive cost per square metre.

Integrated into a process of sustainable development, “AA Natura House” is designed to utilise the most efficient construction techniques. It is the most economical house on the market, providing a healthy, modular habitat that is suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

It promotes economic and social development and integrates age diversity, respect for the environment, the wellbeing of people and the traditional use of resources in terms of food governance.
